Thanks for visiting my website!
My name is Tia, and I’m an editor/writer with ten years of experience. I write freelance novels through Upwork for three separate clients, and I edit on my own time. Visit my editorial services page for more information!
When I’m not working, there’s a pretty good chance I’m at a baseball game (at least in the spring/summer). I’m on a quest to see all 30 MLB stadiums, and I’ve been to 15 so far. My second sports love is football, and I’ve been to two NFL stadiums. I hope to make it to more someday!

I discovered a couple years ago that line dancing is a lot of fun. Seriously! If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend giving it a go. It’s a great workout, but it’s also just a ton of fun, even if you don’t like country music.
I have a fantastic bloodhound named Ridge. I also have a rabbit, Norman.

Hiking is fun, as is sitting on my couch watching TV. I love hanging out with my family (my parents and my three siblings!) and my friends.

If there’s music playing, I’m probably dancing (badly). Going to concerts is my favorite thing in the world. I really like cosplay and going to comic-con every year!

Professionally, I graduated in 2016 with a B.A. in English and I completed my M.A. in English and Creative Writing in 2017. From 2016 to 2020, I worked as an intern, assistant, and eventually junior agent at a boutique Connecticut literary agency. Though the circumstances regarding my resignation from this agency disappointed many, I am hoping to prove myself as an ally to marginalized groups both publicly and privately. More about my resignation and the surrounding situation can be found here.
My experiences in publishing have strengthened my editing skills, and I hope to share these skills with authors in order to help boost their career towards their own publishing goals.
